  Came to my house on 9/14/26 to address a leak on my washing machine. Was told I needed an inlet valve and new Water supply hoses. Was told they'd have to order the parts and return.9/21/26 technician Will returned and replaced inlet valve and one water supply hose but informed me the other hose was rusted and unable to get it off and told me to call a plumber. When he originally came out, the hose was rusted and if needed I would've called a plumber then but he returned and now they want to send a plumber out for another $55 service charge plus parts and labor to replace the shut off valve, which is not rusted it is only the hose. Also to know when he came to the house today, the water had been turned off for an emergency in my neighborhood by the water company, and when asked if he was able to make sure the inlet valve was working, he said it was not his fault the water was not on. So basically, I paid over $400 for water supply hoses and an inlet valve and they still want to charge me for a plumber. I would like them to send a plumber and fix this problem for no additional charge. also, just an additional note when technician Will returned today, his arm was in an apparatus of some sort .

  The two young men were personable, respectful and did a great job. The total charge was $290.00 for removing and installing a built in microwave. I was quoted a charge of $180 on the phone. I questioned the amount and was told there is an additional $110.00 charge just to come to my house.

  Colin was always polite and honest! He did an exceptional job and fixed what needed to be fixed without trying to upsell. He took great care with always cleaning up any area he worked in. Everything was fixed right the first time! The Club membership has paid for itself and the team of service men as well as anyone answering the phones are top notch!! It takes the stress out of knowings your service call fees up front and then getting an honest quote with great work to back it!!

  I scheduled warranty work for my refrigerator that has been out since August 12th and was supposed to have had a technician come on the 17th to repair it where no one ever came or even notified us that someone was not coming so I called at the end of the day and they rescheduled it to that Tuesday on the 18th in which same thing no one came so again I had to call again to where they put it onto that Friday the 21st and again no one came yet again with the excuse every technician didnt show up so i waited until Tuesday the next week in which they didn't have the parts for my refrigerator and that they were ordering parts (they should have already had all available parts for my refrigerator they knew the information like other repair companies I've dealt with has done in the past) and the guy who ordered them told us that he would have the office schedule us put on for them to come out either Friday or Monday when they had the parts in and so we double-checked Friday with the office and they told us someone would be out Monday afternoon as soon as the part comes in Monday morning. And now I just got a call saying that they are not going to be coming until Wednesday this week. This is very upsetting and very unprofessional the way I have been treated by this company as that is where Frigidaire scheduled out for the warranty work. So if you have any type of warranty work going on don't go through these guys you will be waiting 3 weeks just to get your shit fixed.
