I was looking for an electric sub panel installation quote, and due to my time constraints AA was able to send Adam Humphreys out the next day. Adam thoroughly documented and went over with me with all the options for my sub panel needs and more. I felt that he professionally addressed all my questions. Thank you Academy Air folks. P.S. this review is about getting service quote, at the time of this writing I still am reviewing quotes and have yet to pick a company to do the work.

Please do not use this company they are unprofessional and scammed. We we were overcharged for a part needing to be replaced on our thermostat ( thermocouple) $600. When I called to get clarity of why it was so expensive the customer service agent said that's their set price? So then I proceed to ask for a breakdown... how much was the part and labor cost she still could not give me a solid answer. Now I'm going to the BBB.
