I have 100% faith in Karen and Acculift. I had gotten four bids and it was daunting how each company had a different approach and the disparity in costs. I did my due diligence to research and understand the possibilities but it came down to Karen taking the time to explain their process which gave me further understanding, comfort, and met my expectations. A few years later I had Karen relook at one spot to make sure that I wasn't starting to have another issue and while she was in my basement, she noticed that my front porch was starting to tilt forward which would eventually cause a water problem in my basement. I had no idea. I received a bid and before I had them start on the work, sure enough we had a lot of rain and I had a water leak exactly where the front porch concrete slab met the foundation basement wall. She was spot on and definitely helped prevent future issues. The work they do is clean, effective and definitely customer service oriented. I definitely recommend Acculift.

My home had serious horizontal cracks in the foundation that could have had a negative impact on the sale time and price. Instead, Acculift fixed the issues. The buyer of my home sent in their own engineer to assess the condition of the foundation and he stated with confidence that the work was the best he had ever seen and "this foundation is so solid it will far outlive the rest of the house." Acculift was economical, efficient, and eased my concerns. Karen and her team are amazing!!

I had an unexpected water leak in my basement and Karen came out and did a thorough inspection. She gave me the least expensive option up front to try first and her crew came out and got the job done without any further issues and it resolved my problem. I recommend her with the highest regards.

We called Acculift for some foundation cracks early in the year, due to this spring's crazy weather the work could not be finished until it dried out, even with a longer than anticipated repair time I was very happy with the service. Everyone I encountered from the owner, the office manager and the repairman were all so kind and professional. I would absolutely call again if needed.
