Just wanna say that Alec and Cory came today to repair/install new hot water heater. They were so very polite and professional and very informative and knowledgeable. Definately 5 stars. I highly recommend them and their company.

Excellent service. Very pleased. We had a water shut off valve that failed and began spewing water. They were here within 90 minutes, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got it fixed. They also got the pilot light on our hot water heater lit after it had went out. Pricing was very reasonable. We'll definitely use them again.

installed a water softener decided it wasn't big enough they came out replaced it at their cost with a larger one, their customer service rocks! the installers and all workers take pride in their work, enjoy their jobs and are extremely polite and respectable. I am so happy we wrnt with bono plumbing and they will be our plumbers for ANYTHING we may ever need in the future. WE LOVE BONO PLUMBING! and would never use another company ever again.

I had to get a whole house filter , new water softener and water heater. Bono Plumbing was the best bid. As a retired construction estimator I felt totally comfortable with Bob he's straightforward to the point. The job was quickly scheduled. Tony and Alec got right to work and we're totally courteous and professional. Make sure you these guys are shot I think you'll be as pleased as I am. PS make sure sure you get a whole house filter too, especially if you're on a well, OMG!!
