  We are very pleased with helitech. Billy came out for our estimate and was extremely helpful and friendly in identifying underlying issues and helping us figure what the best solution was. He even went out of his way to point out something beyond the basement waterproofing we were looking at. For the install, Brett handled all of the communications and was clear with us about expectations, timing, and making sure we had everything we needed. They worked diligently and had our support columns done in no time.

  We checked into a few companies and chose Helitech. They have a great reputation. The salesman was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy like other companies. He explained our alternatives. The crew understood what we needed and completed the project to our satisfaction. The crew was polite and organized. They worked very hard in the summer heat. Melvin and his crew did a great job cleaning up at the end. We highly recommend Helitech.

  Jordan Karl came out to do an inspection of work for warranty transfer on a home I just purchased. He was extremely informative, knowledge, efficient, and helpful. Showed me in detail the intricacies of the engineering under the house that I wanted to see. The appointment went perfectly,and I am 100% satisfied with his job. Give him a raise, this man knows what he's doing!

  I would highly recommend Helitech. Cameron Davis did the inspection and evaluation on my home and he was great. He was very thorough with the entire process, took a lot of pictures and diagramed the proposed work that was needed. The information was presented to me very professionally, explaining the problem and providing resolution along with explanations of the work. He was careful not to over sell services I didn’t need and some things that were questionable that will be monitored further to determine any future needs. He explained the entire working process and who will be key players/contacts during this time so I know what to expect and who to contact if there are questions or concerns. This was one of many companies I had contacted and this one definitely stood above the rest. You won’t regret the quality of service and professionalism you will receive!

  I reached out to Ben Riley with Helitech to see if he could look at a beam in my crawl space. Ben was very professional and thorough. He showed up on time and provided a very detailed inspection report. Any question I had he was able to answer. I would definitely recommend Ben and Helitech.

  We have been troubled by water in our basement since they built a new street behind us. We finally realized we needed foundation remediation when nothing worked. We met with three companies and were most impressed by Helitech’s representative Jordan Celeslie. He clearly understood our problem and had great solutions. The team led by Bret L came a few weeks after we signed the contract. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. All were polite and tuned in to us being satisfied.   Had a water problem in our basement. Hired Helitech to fix the problem. Ben, the salesman came up with a plan that seemed like it would alleviate the problem. Aeian, Daron and Anthony did a great job if implementing the solution. It was supposed to be a 2 day job, but they knocked it out in one day with minimal noise and inconvenience. We are happy with the results and the lifetime warranty gives some peace of mind.
