  Amory Wyatt did an excellent job fixing my AC. Before he came out, another HVAC company told me there were multiple things wrong with the system, recommended replacing it, and said that even with my home warranty, I could end up paying over a thousand dollars to Amory came out, properly diagnosed the problem, and got my AC working, without pushing unnecessary repairs or extra charges. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. It is hard to find technicians you can trust, and I really appreciate the work he did. I highly recommend Amory and Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Five stars.

  Back in March I had Rich come out and take care of us for a new water heater. He also checked another component that needed to be replaced that would've made the water heater useless in a few years had it not been reviewed and replaced. Just today I had another issue come up, not related to the work Rich day last March, but I happened to get Rich again today and he was able to fix the problem very quickly at a reasonable price. We were about to wrap up when he noticed a gas line in the house that didn't look in the best condition. He looked at it and it turns out the gas line was from some previous renovation job the old owners of our home had completed a few years ago. However the renovation company left the unused line capped, but just sitting and dangling in the wall cavaties. Rich saw this and said this is a major issue since it's just sitting there unsecured along with the long line that it was connected to in bad condition. Rich had a plan to remove it and put a shut off valve at the source and tighten up everything. This was an extra expense, but well worth it for the safety of my family. I can't thank Rich enough for identifying the issue and providing a resolution. I'll be continuing to use Budget Heating and Cooling for all my future work.

  Called spoke to AI scheduled for a bid on AC and Duct someone was supposed to be out between 2-4 4 rolls around and no show no call I call and get AI again only after hours nobody is able to answer. If you can't answer your phone and keep appointments. Why be in business clear sign NOT in the Budget of quality for my business.

  Devon arrived earlier than scheduled and texted me to let me know he was on the way. He was polite, efficient, and courteous. I had read reviews on Budget from the BBB and was concerned about the several negative reviews. My concerns were not necessary thanks to the service received from Budget. Thank you very much for the fast efficient service. Would definitely use Budget for future work.

  Budget AC installed the wrong system and want to charge me $2,000 to fix their mistake. I do not recommend their service to anyone. They do not know what they are doing.
