I stopped one of the foundation recovery trucks going past my house to look at my driveway. Travis Stevens looked at it and gave me an estimate. He sent me the estimate via email to confirm. I asked him for three references and he said he would get them to me--nothing for a week. I asked again, and he apologized as he "thought" he had gotten back to me--WARNING #1. He then said his company doesn't give out references to protect their customers????? WARNING # 2 This sounds like a scam company to me NOT getting my business Travis Stevens By the way, had to give them a star in order to post--true review is zero stars

Josh and his team at Recovery Foundations did an amazing job! From start to finish, Josh was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the project was done right. The whole team was respectful, hardworking, and did a great job. I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend Josh and Recovery Foundations to anyone needing foundation work!

On time - Professional - Thorough! We are extremely happy with the quality of work and the end result. Never imagined that just lifting the concrete could make such a difference in curb appeal. Thank you, Foundation Recovery Systems!

I gotta let you know I am EXTREMLY UPSET with your company. We have had a foundation job scheduled on our home since FRS came out to our house JULY 22nd 2026. It was scheduled for this coming Monday SEPTEMBER 14TH 2026. It took a tremendous amount of money and coordination on our part. We paid a deposit to YOUR company as well as an electrician, a plumber, an HVAC guy, as well as booking a hotel for the week. As you can imagine we were completely blind sided when FRS called TODAY September 11th 2026 and left a voicemail right before the lunch hour to let us know that you all still haven't gotten the permit. Why am I finding this out today.... end of the last business day before the project was expected to start per our contract! I asked her to have a manager or supervisor call me or my husband because this is horrible business and it needs to be addressed. My husband tried to call Groundworks and you. I 100% would NOT recommend FRS -Groundworks to ANYONE and will be leaving a complaint with the BBB if this is not handled accordingly. This is a bad way to treat your customers. Do better.

Brendon Roe from FRS came out for an inspection due to some cracks in my drywall around a large bay window in my home. Booked a time through the website, received a text confirming the appointment and a phone call from Brendon the day prior and then when he was on his way. Brendon was very professional and explained the process to me. He demonstrated areas where he found some evidence that there could be an issue outside. He then took measurements inside and verified that everything looked level on the inside and very unlikely there was an serious issue with the foundation. FRS did not perform any services other than the inspection but they were very professional and made the inspection easy. They did warn me ahead of time that inspections can take 1-2 hours which I appreciate.

I had extensive foundation work due to bowing basement wall, needing renewed drain system around all exterior walls, new sump, wall anchors vapor barrier. It was a lot of tear out and labor, this crew really hung in there and got the job done. I’m very satisfied that the work was necessary, done properly and will give the needed result.

Trenton and Trey did an awesome job fixing our concrete problems. They explained everything in detail so we would understand what was going to happen. The finished work was perfect. Everything was cleaned up and we inspected all of the work.

Travis Stevens took time to explain everything. Great personality for dealing with the public 👌 Didn't pressure us. Looking forward to having our crawlspace totally changed. This is my second time with this company. More than pleased 😀So now that the job is done, this is my second review. Adam Scanlon., Tristan Schubert, and Matt Blizzard, took a really bad situation and turned it into a great result. My HVAC guy even commented that he thought they did a good job. Even said he noticed some extra touches that he doesn't normally see in an encapsulation. So thank you for your hard work guys!!

EDIT: I only came to edit this and share that the work is still not done. In fact, they FINALLY came by today to try something new to get the staining off, per the text I received 30 minutes before they arrived to ask if it was ok (haven't heard an update in weeks). I guess it must have been some sort of sand blasting and now there is sand all over the bed, my bins, in the edging of my sidewalk... new photos added. It's bad. And yet, still no one in a supervisory position has actually contacted me. I have been answering the random texts I receive every few weeks from someone to tell me they're coming out... but as far as I know this is the first time in over 2 months they are finally attempting to remove the staining. I also repeatedly get emailed surveys on how they did after each time I am told they're coming out and I answer honestly and restate that no work had been completed and I am still waiting. Oh, and the response to my original review from FRS below... I didn't even know there was one until I went to edit all of this in. No one has contacted me regarding my negative experience. I used to be pissed, but now it's actually laughable how terrible this whole experience has been. FRS... You suck. ——— ORIGINAL REVIEW: First, not everyone I have dealt with was terrible. Generally speaking, FRS front line employees have been PHENOMENAL, helpful and overall quite informative. Their contractors and field supervisors have been the issue. I cannot possibly get into everything that has occured since we signed our contract in Dec 2024, but know I have legitimately held off on writing any reviews because I was attempting to go through the proper channels and was told things were getting taken care of. I've tried resolving through the BBB since June 2025 but I'm over it. After giving LOTS of grace, dealing with issues of sexual harassment by their electrical contractors (Reinhold, who did address and support when they became aware), incomplete work / follow through, chasing field supervisors (two to be exact) via email and text, I am finally putting this on Google. I regret working with FRS. It was a huge mistake. Far too much money has gone to them. The only reason I went with them to begin with was because they performed work on the house I bought and it was an "ownership transfer." Their was work incomplete then (rather, the flippers who rehabbed our house neglected to also run any electrical electrical to go with the sump pump they put in - what's the point, you say? Good question, who agreed to that?). The battery backup of the sump pump burned out due to the sump pump operating without any electric hook up from what I understand. Anyway. I'm fed up. As a woman, I feel taken advantage of, that I'm looked at as overly critical, and generally pushed aside as a customer.
