Water filter issues on refrigerator. Without full model number unable to find the correct part, but came up with another solution and helped make an appointment for the other option. Friendly, helpful and prompt.

I have become extremely disappointed with the HVAC & plumbing company I have been with for over a decade. Shoddy work. Hard upsells at every appointment. More cancelled or missed appointments by the company than appointments they kept. So, I opted to give Chesterfield Service a call with a recent plumbing issue. Micaiah showed up within the timeframe promised which is already a win. He was super professional and equally personable. He listened to the history of events that led to my call for service. He did a thorough inspection while explaining each step. In the end, he confirmed what needed to fixed and provided me a detailed explanation of my options, prices, and what to expect. I can’t begin to express how nice it was that Micaiah was able to diagnose the problem, give me a quote to remedy said problem, and then get me scheduled for my repair. With my previous company, the tech diagnosed the problem but I had to wait for a salesman to give me a quote, and then I could finally schedule the repair. So far I am impressed by Chesterfield Service and hope this level of customer service continues moving forward. If it does, I will be a service club member for life.
