⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Chowning Heating & Cooling highly enough. Our second-floor AC went out, and Chowning came out right away to diagnose the problem. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just identify the issue and hand us a bill — they took the initiative to work with Trane and discovered that the repair could be covered under our warranty. They handled all of the legwork for us, which saved us time, money, and a huge amount of frustration. Joe came back the next day to complete the repair, and he was absolutely fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient — our system was fixed and running again within an hour. That level of service is rare these days. We were so impressed with the entire experience that we have now moved our regular HVAC maintenance plan to Chowning as well. We had been using another company for years, but their maintenance costs kept climbing, and after seeing the level of service Chowning provides, making the switch was an easy decision. A special thank you to Lindsey and Brent for recommending them to us — they were absolutely right! Adam came out gave a detailed estimate on what it would cost to redo our heating and cooling.They even showed up early for the installation and within around 6 hours had the complete AC and heater changed over and all the old stuff taken away. Painless process and we couldn't be happier with the new unit.

I highly recommend Chowning Heating and Cooling. Once when we had a problem with our unit, we called Jerry Kelly. Not only did they try to sell us a completely new unit, they wanted around $2,000 to fix the problem. We called Chowning Heating Cooling, and they fixed the problem for around $300!!! They are honest and won't try to take advantage of you.
