I asked for emergency service and it took a day and multiple calls before coming in to the property for inspection. I also did not expect that the labor for replacing one part in my HVAC is close to $300, which I think is more than expected. Considering there is already an upright $275 for inspection. The technician, though, is very accommodative and patiently reapond well to all my querries.

My AC unit on the second floor of my home went out, and in the extreme heat. I reached out to my neighbor if he had a number for an AC repair company. He recommended Design Aire. I was able to get them to come out the same day and replace the capacitor. Very courteous and knowledgeable young man.

I contacted them on a Wednesday afternoon and had a tech scheduled for the next day within the hour. Josh was very responsive, friendly, and up front about the options. No hard sell - system just needed some refrigerant and a correction of operator error.
