  Richie was able to come out a couple of hours after I called which was awesome in this 95 degree heat. Is was very personable and knowledgeable. He also walked me through everything he was doing, every diagnostic test to even taking apart the ac unit to clean the coils. He even gave me tips to reduce the humidity in our house and set that up also for us. This is the guy you want coming out to fix your ac for sure.

  Will did a fantastic job during today’s maintenance visit. He quickly identified some failing equipment, thoroughly diagnosed the issues, and clearly explained everything to me. What impressed me most was that he had the necessary parts and was able to complete the repairs during the same visit, saving me time and hassle. The service was fast, friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I really appreciate Will’s expertise and attention to detail. Over that time they've handled everything from intermittent repairs and monthly maintenance to filters, a thermostat installation, and ongoing support whenever I've had questions. What keeps me coming back is how responsive they are. When I call, I get a quick answer and a quick appointment — no chasing, no waiting around. The office staff is consistently friendly, and the technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with. They explain what they're doing and why, and I never feel pressured into work I don't need.   After having Academy Air come out and telling me I needed a new air conditioner without doing any diagnostics, Richie was a godsend. He thoroughly checked for the refrigerant leak and found it and repaired it. Because I’ve got an older unit that takes expensive refrigerant, he patiently brought the level up to what it should be which saved me money. He was up front with everything he was doing and explained to me the various options as he worked through it. This gave me peace of mind and confirmed that he knew what he was doing.
