  I contacted this company for a winter no-heat situation and scheduled service at 9:00 AM. I was given an extremely broad service window (8 AM–7 PM) and had to call multiple times throughout the day for updates. By 12:00 PM, I clearly stated that we had no heat, the house temperature was dropping, and I asked if I could pay extra to expedite service. I was told no, without any alternative options, escalation, or safety guidance. When the technician arrived at 5pm, my home was 55°F and continuing to drop, and I have a young child. It definitely felt like the tech had been overworked and just wanted to get home (understandably). I was charged $109 for the visit and was told multiple components were failing, parts were unavailable, and that replacement might happen “maybe Monday.” No temporary heat solution, contingency plan, or safety guidance was offered; leaving us facing four consecutive nights without heat during below and/or near freezing temperatures. I ultimately sought a second opinion and had the issue resolved within hours and a new furnace wasn't needed. While I understand equipment fails and schedules can be busy, I cannot recommend this company for winter no-heat or emergency situations, especially for families with children.

  I recently had a new HVAC system installed and had a fantastic experience from the initial consultation through the final installation. Dan was the sales representative who visited my home, and he was outstanding. He was extremely thorough during the evaluation, took the time to listen to my concerns about upstairs humidity, and offered thoughtful, reasonable upgrade options without pushing anything unnecessary or expensive. His pricing was fair right from the start — something at least one other major company in the area (Jerry Kelly) didn’t seem willing to offer. What I appreciated most was the education he provided. Everything he explained about equipment and airflow lined up perfectly with the independent reading I did later, and his recommendations were very consistent with what I heard from other bids. It gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right decision. The installation team, David and Vante, were equally impressive. They were professional, easy-going, and efficient. I was working from home the entire time, and the whole process was much more seamless and less disruptive than I expected. The workmanship looks great, and they clearly took pride in doing the job right. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend.
