I had a great first experience with Hoff servicing my AC unit. The technician, Devin, arrived within the scheduled window and I received a text so I could be ready for his visit. He immediately diagnosed the issue and corrected it. I appreciated his honesty and education during the repair and there was no high-pressure sales talk like I’ve experienced with competitors. I would happily use them again!

Nate was prompt and courteous, his attention to servicing our a/c was very professional. He took the time to tell me about combining today's a/c service & if I bundled the heating service this fall it would save me some money. Excellent service & care!
