Roi did a great job of coming in and listening to everything I knew to be wrong. He asked questions and always made sure if I had any questions along the way to not hesitate to ask. I had to have quite a bit done and he did it all very well and efficiently.

I had a whole house surge protector installed. James was able to install it in about a half hour. He explained how it worked and warranty associated with it. I highly recommend this protection.

Peter exceeded expectations on customer satisfaction. He told me that the Galvonized material in my disposal can rust after about 4 years and Ive actually had this garbage disposal since 2016. He tightened the white PVC connector that had corrosion and also provided me with a gallon of liquid Endure to pour down the drain once a month to help with rusting and build up of grease. He also provided me quotes for when I need to replace my garbage disposal. He was curious, respectful, kind and explained the issues very well. Id recommend Peter to anyone in the future.
