  My blocked drain was blocked in my basement. Roi cleaned. the drain. He was very professional and friendly. He also cleaned up the large area that had standing water. GREAT JOB!! I give Roi & Hoffmann a. A+++

  I had a GFI outlet that didn’t work, causing the power to be off in several places. Joe came and had it working in just a few minutes. When he checked to be sure everything was working, he discovered a short that caused a fixture in the basement to spark when he turned that outlet on. The fixture was ruined and because it was very old, a replacement was not available. Joe made two trips to get a new fixture that worked. The first one didn’t fit because the old frame to hold it was warped. He made sure that the second one fit properly and now everything works. I feel confident that the original problem was solved, as was the new problem. I give Joe a giant A+ for this complicated job.

  Recently had John from Hoffman Brothers come out to look at replacing part of the wand of my kitchen faucet. While here I asked him about the whole house water softening and filter system. He took the time to go over the system and how it would be installed. He patiently answered all my questions – there were quite a few. He even took the time to look at a minor issue I was having with one of the showers. Thank you John.
