I had 4 bids for replacement of HVAC system. Hoock’s was a little less regarding price. Was mostly impressed how Russ explained in detail what needed to be done. He informed me there was an item connected that was no longer code and would replace that. The other 3 never mentioned this. I spent over a month checking all bids. Just knew my system was on its last leg. The installers had all completed and totally cleaned up within 7 hours. Even showed me the systems and what all they replaced. I forgot their names but they were extremely professional. Thank you again!

We had a great experience from day 1! The day of installation, Rick, Alex & Riley showed up on time & installed our HVAC unit with no issues. After installation, Rick went thru & explained EVERYTHING that was done inside & out. They did an excellent job of clean-up, leaving NOTHING behind! I felt very confident with the work they all did & I’m so happy I chose Hancook’s to do the job! If you need a HVAC unit, I highly recommend Hancook’s! Today 9/9/26, we had Aaron come by & do the 6 month maintenance for our HVAC unit. He arrived earlier than expected (yes) and was very thorough with the work. He was very friendly and helpful to us. We appreciated his willingness to talk and help us to understand what he was doing. You can tell he LOVES his job AND Hancook’s!
