Jet did a great job placing our sump pump. Everyone was professional and efficient. Craig was responsive to all my questions and made everything easy!

We had a fairly complex situation. From the moment Jet came out, it was obvious they were well informed and the leaders in their area of expertise. Shortly after accepting the reasonable bid, the work started. The timeliness, professionalism, work ethic and cleanliness were all equally impressive. They had a lead project manager, Lou, who staying in constant contact, remained diligent throughout the project and got his hands dirty too. We had a few minor issues and Lou and the Jet Team never made me feel out of place for mentioning my concerns, they all listened, addressed the concerns and rectified to my absolute satisfaction, any and all issues. I am 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend the Jet Team for your future needs.

Craig was great-he took a good deal of time to view our house, the issues we’re having and to discuss possible causes. He ultimately advised the problem wasn’t ground sinkage and gave us the names of a couple of contractors he recommended to correct the issue. He was honest and helpful even though Jet didn’t get any work from his visit. We will definitely call Jet in the future if we have any need for foundation work. Top notch.

Craig was amazing to work with and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. As a geotechnical engineer myself, I was extremely happy with his assessment and the level of detail he provided in his report. He clearly explained his observations and recommendations, and I really appreciated how responsive he was during the time-sensitive home inspection period. It was reassuring to work with someone whose expertise and judgment I felt confident in. Definitely recommend!

They were very professional and did not try to upsell us. They were honest and transparent, and we will hire them the next time we need foundation work.

I had a great experience with Jet Foundation Repair from start to finish. They came out to evaluate my basement and were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and straightforward about what needed to be done. Their quote was very reasonable, and I never felt like they were trying to oversell me on unnecessary work. They were also able to get me scheduled much sooner than I expected and completed the work within a very timely window. Communication and customer service throughout the entire process were excellent, and everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Most importantly, I’m very happy with the finished product and the quality of the work. It was refreshing to work with a company that was knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced, and followed through on what they promised. I would absolutely recommend Jet Foundation Repair to anyone needing basement or foundation work.

Jet foundation took a look at a few cracks on my concrete foundation and were extremely helpful in understanding the cause and impact, which was very reassuring. We moved forward with an injection fix based on one leaking. The price was reasonable and completed quickly. Thank you!

Jet Foundation Repair did a great job on my basement foundation repair. After heavy rains my finished family room and storage area would flood. I got a bid from Craig, and the work was completed by his team within a week! All the guys were professional, and they cleaned up the basement when done. They even put everything back on my shelves! Thanks again Jet!!!

Craig was awesome to work with! Full of information and touched on things I didn’t even think about during my inspection. Very patient and he had an answer for every question I had and more. At the end he also flooded me with resources and knowledge to take with me. Overall and awesome to experience
