Johnson Heating & Cooling did our initial install on our new home build and we upgraded our furnace last Fall. We been nothing but pleased and when we did have an issue Tracy was very responsive and had Shaun and a teammate come by the next day to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend Johnson Heating and Cooling enough. Three months ago, our 20-year-old furnace finally gave out, and they handled the full furnace and AC installation flawlessly. The team was incredibly friendly, polite, and—most importantly—very neat and tidy while working in our home. They even walked us through the financing options, which made a huge project feel 'easy peasy.' We just had them back out for an emergency repair when the system stopped working, and the level of service was just as impressive. Based on my description of the issue, the technician knew exactly what was wrong before he even arrived. Nathan and Shaun were super polite and helpful; they had everything diagnosed and fixed within ten minutes. It’s rare to find a company that is this fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional. If you want a team that stands by their work and knows their stuff, this is the one to call!

Needed a new minisplit. They gave a very reasonable estimate and was scheduled relatively quick. A whole crew came out and installed it in no time. After testing the new system, they hauled the old one away and left the work area spotless. Techs were professional and real nice. Will definitely use Johnson Heating and Cooling for future HVAC needs!

This company was recommended to me after my dad had a great experience. Not only did they have the best price out of two other companies but they were quick to respond and got the job done quickly. I hired them to do the HVAC for my basement. Hardly even noticed they were here. Very professional and high quality work. I will be using them for all HVAC services going forward!
