I would not recommend this builder. He's not very friendly to the existing neighbors, or their yards, where he builds new houses. I'm pretty sure he's only still in the building business because of his father in law. He doesn't respect the boundary limits set for new buildings and lies to the county about house placement along the boundaries. As I've watched his newest house being built for him to sell, I feel sorry for whomever decides to buy it. He has taken the cheapest, quickest routes to do everything from footwork to framing. Piece of advise, talk to the neighbors that have watched him build houses next to them and to people that have personally dealt with this builder before you purchase from him.

Not recommended. They focus on volume instead of quality, throwing up multiple houses at once. Their workers are also extremely messy. They make a big mess at every work site I’ve seen. In addition, they trash the entire subdivision by leaving rocks, dirt, mud, and gravel scattered everywhere. They never bother cleaning up after themselves.

I often deliver rock to their home sites and I can tell you they build very nice homes and only in the best of neighborhoods. Don't hesitate to contact the folks over at Hartman homes for your new home purchase!
