Level 9 has started my commercial at the beginning of May 2026. It is now the middle of June 2026 they are still not done with the install! There is no communication from them. They installed damaged and broken equipment, made me shut down for an extra day loosing sales. It does not cool properly still. They have sent me an invoice for payment before they are finished with the work. Would not recommend this company ever! Then they threaten me with collections! Get real! Finish your work then you will get paid. Oh they charged me 45,000 dollars! I paid 1/2 of that before the work began. Even had to call them back to put filters in the units. Didn’t clean up, left screws out. The owner even told me they are the best in the business. What a joke! Since installing the building has not got below 80 degrees ever. Also, none of these photos were taken when work was in progress. They said everything was good to go except the new coil coming in.
