At my daughter's house, no attention to detail or complete work. Damage was done inside and out of the property they were selling with little care about property value. Basement work inside: emergency egress was caulked closed, sloppy work, caused problem with new expensive heat pump and didn't credit any money toward the check up needed or repairs to property. The supervisor came to the site and felt all the problems were a routine part of using their business and made excuses for the workers who had been on site. No accountability/responsibility for problems/damage and caused additional costs for using them. EDITED 9/26. Note Missouri Basement's response shows more poor attention to detail indicating this was my daughter's house, making me NOT the customer. Makes no sense to search my name. No sense in her complaining since the company did nothing when the deficiencies where brought to the sales rep Nathan's attention and problems deemed as acceptable work. Good try in making customers look less credible. Good luck to anyone who uses them and they cause problems at your house because this is the response you'll get instead of responsibility.

Installers were very professional. Explained every step that was needed to complete the installation of the product. Completed everything in a timely manner. Cleaned up after and made sure we were pleased with the work, before they left. Highly recommend this company.

Another great experience, the crew did a great job, excellent price, very responsive and honest. Would gladly recommend to anyone needing any kind of basement/foundation work. My experience with Missouri Basement was the very best. Nathan did a great job in assessing my basement foundation problems and recommending a solution at a great price. Andy and Jack did a beautiful job in repairing the cracks in my foundation and went the extra mile in applying epoxy to the external expressions of two cracks in tough weather conditions. They are true artists. All three gentlemen patiently answered my questions and educated a new homeowner on the complexities of foundations. Anytime I need foundation repair, I will call Missouri Basement. I highly recommend them.
