The tech Mike C was great explaining what he was going to do and cleared the clog I had in my sink. Gave some helpful preventative advice.

My sewer line backed up! With no references for a plumber, I used Google search for info. After reading reviews for Mr. Rooter, I called. Good decision!! Responsive and very good at providing the service with thorough explanation. They will now be my “go-to” for any plumbing needs.

Jacob did an excellent job replacing the valve on the main water shutoff and also replacing the washing machine valves & hoses & correcting our hot water & pressure issues. He was very polite & professional, worked swiftly but thorough. Highly recommend!

Ethan was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and efficient. I was grateful to have a professional after putting off repairs until I could afford them. No judgment; he treated me like I deserved his best effort. Thanks to Ethan and this company for the professionalism. The appointment was easy to schedule as well.
