Guy was there for 1/2 hour unclogged two toilets charged $487/- that’s totally ripoff. Will never recommend to anyone.

The service tech Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Refreshing to have a service tech that you can tell actually likes their Job and aims to do it correctly. Thanks for taking the plumbing headache and stress away. The ladies who scheduled my appointment and communicated the service techs arrival were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Precision Plumbing! Update: I use this company every time I need plumbing help and I always have a great experience with their professional staff. This time I had a different technician ( Dan Bertschmann) and he did a great job diagnosing the problem, going over an estimate for possible future repair, and fixing the problem diagnosed this visit. The office staff are always so pleasant and are good at getting you in as soon as possible. Always friendly staff! Thanks Dan! Update: I was in need of precision plumbings help again. Hannah git my appointment set right up and I got Rob as my professional plumber today. He did am awesome job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job! I just love Hannah's friendly and cheerful demeanor. Thanks Precision Plumbing!

Service Tech arrived within the window scheduled (I called and left a message with description of issue at 8:00 pm the night before, and got confirmation of the appointment for the next day shortly after leaving message via SMS text). Pricing by service repair type (vs per hour charge and how long it took). Service Tech was very courteous and upfront on cost in advance of performing repair. Issue diagnosed and repaired in a couple of hours (had to cut out drywall to get to source of problem and put in fix).
