We had a great experience with Raising Solutions! Our home is a new build as of 3 years ago, and over time the dirt underneath our concrete patio settled, leaving a large, noticeable gap under the concrete pad. Raising Solutions came out, thoroughly inspected the area, explained what was happening, and provided us with a bid to fix the problem. They filled and stabilized the area underneath the patio using their concrete lifting/stabilizing foam, and the entire process went smoothly. The job was completed exactly as promised and in a timely manner. Communication was great from start to finish—they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It’s such a relief knowing the space underneath our patio is properly filled and supported now. We’re very happy with the results and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend Raising Solutions to anyone dealing with settling concrete or voids underneath their concrete. Great company, great service, and a job well done!
