  The system installed by Ram Jack was tested last night with the downpour about 830pm. We checked it as the rain water dumped out of the sky and the result was a good one. Thank you.

  I had Justin come out last year and give me a quote for piers in the back and side of my home. Out of 3 bids he seemed the most confident and likable. After I signed for over $20,000 the crew that showed up did not follow what he originally told me and showed me they would do. My wife went in to pay I was working and she just paid. They provided no pictures to verify they installed all the piers. There was a crack that formed before they started and got worse after. Never leaked before so I started to finish for my kid, then the crack leaked after it was finished. Called Justin who answered and strung me along for almost two weeks before he came out to tell me he would send me a proposal that night which led to another week later, with a estimated start time of 3 weeks? I’m honestly surprised this was never brought up to be fixed during the process. What a joke of a company honestly. I’m a production manager in the trades and this would never fly… unless you want to go out of business. Stay away!!

  We had them replace piers that were installed by a not so honest company. And I’m so glad we chose this company to do it! They went above and beyond for us. Troy came out and explained everything in detail to us, when we had questions Troy was more than willing to answer and explain in a way we could understand. Rob and his crew came and did the work, I couldn’t believe how quickly they were getting it done. Even after running into a couple issues (of no fault of the crew), they were quick to fix them and get it done. He kept me updated daily. Rob brought his personal car to the job which made my 2-year-olds day seeing a “cool car” all day! I feel confident that our house is actually stable and not going to fall!

  I had a great experience with Ram Jack St. Louis. After dealing with a previous company that completely failed to fix my foundation issues, I was honestly pretty frustrated and skeptical going into this—but Luke and the team completely turned things around. Luke came out, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. Most importantly, they actually fixed the problem the right way. You can tell these guys know what they're doing—they specialize in foundation repair and take a very thorough, no-nonsense approach to solving the issue . The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out. If you've had a bad experience with another contractor like I did, don't hesitate to call Ram Jack. Luke and the team do it right. Highly recommend!
