Ram Jack has done foundation repair twice at my home. The first time was to install piers under my home's foundation walls. When I recently noticed an issue with my home's room addition, I immediately called Ram Jack to come and assess the problem. Placing piers under the addition's slab was recommended and within a reasonable amount of time the work was done. now I have peace of mind that the problem is solved and the foundation is secure. While at my home, the Ram Jack crew was professional and respectful. The work has given me confidence that my home's foundation is secure. I would recommend Ram Jack to anyone in need of foundation repair.

Overall really satisfied with the price, work performed, and customer service by Ram Jack for the installation of a sump pump and perimeter drain tile in my previously leaky basement. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing basement work done. I had a basement that was leaking pretty bad in St Charles area, and Troy came out to look and give a quote. He was very knowledgeable without any BSing. He didn't act like a salesman trying to sell me things I don't need, just a professional trying to solve the problem effectively with what works for us. The actual work performed was quality. Joey and his team did a great job and communicated well during the whole process. It was shown to me the difference in quality products that Ram Jack used over other companies, like higher quality fill stone and drain tiles. After the work, I even had some minor billing and financing issues that were handled well by the customer service team. The financing was a little difficult, but Gina from the finance team went above and beyond to ensure I got set up right.

I serve as the Salvation Army officer of The Salvation Army in St. Clair County. We discovered a sink hole in our parking lot in East St. Louis and the Ram Jack team was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond what I could have hoped or asked for. Give them a call for your job!
