  After receiving several bids from multiple contractors, we chose Schraer Air Experts. From the initial estimate, our sales rep Allen explained the entire process, verified my specific heating and cooling needs, and provided timely estimates. I chose to utilize the Ameren HVAC Pays program, and using the rebates, Schraer came in extremely competitively priced. Additionally, I worked with Allen to change my furnace setup to more efficient units, and again, the price was really good. On install day, Dave, Luke, Nate and Dan arrived promptly and got to work. All installers were very courteous and professional, answering my multitude of questions on the way, and had no issues as I hovered around and watched the install throughout. Even more impressive, the installers kept a clean work area, using drop cloths, brooms, and picking up as they removed the old equipment and installed two new furnaces, coils, media filters, and air conditioning units. Honestly, top notch! They were also quick, finishing up my entire install, including new smart thermostats, in about 6 hours. All systems were tested, verified working, and most importantly, Schraer included a 10-year parts and labor warranty for a wonderful peace of mind. Great price, great products, great installation and great people. Extremely well satisfied!

  Erin and Ben B. are wonderful to work with. I haven't had a lot of interaction with Erin but Ben B is patient to explain things, and a hard worker. He's also friendly and knowledgeable about his job.

  Chris was fantastic. He listened to me regarding my HVAC issues and proceeded to do an excellent job of troubleshooting my system. In no time at all he determined the problem and made very timely repairs. He was very professional and helpful. A pleasure doing business with Schraer and Chris. J

  Schraer installed my systems 26 years ago and are the only ones who have done maintenance or repairs on them. This is an edit to an earlier review. Needed to replace my 27 year old units. Everything could not have been easier. The price was great (thank you Raymond Allen Parker, the install was seamless (thank you Luke, Dave, and Chris), and thank you Darren. Could not be happier.

  All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE in the past five years or maybe even more I have had three or more different services and always felt that I was being taken advantage of. I can honestly say I have been very very pleased with Schraer HVAC Company, started late 2025 they came out and it’s been nothing but amazing very fair every service Teck has done above and beyond what I have expected. Anyone who is possibly looking for a new HVAC company you have to give them an opportunity to show you how good of a company they are. Cole is a great tech Alex is amazing each one of their staff members that’s been here has done above and beyond. Very happy customer 😊

  Chris Payne confirmed he was on his way, offered suggestions when at the office to address our situation based off what he heard me say, then implemented the solutions. He was also nice and down to earth.
