  We have the bi-annual maintenance plan through Stay Cool. We moved into our 100 year old house last year. I found their info on the furnace and called to see if they could still service our HVAC. Our address was still in their system and they gave me a complete rundown of installation dates, services provided and service plans. Having just moved out of another home in which we had to (expensively) replace the HVAC as a condition of sale, I took them up on the plan. The techs (most recently Alex Larson) have all been professional, informative and they all dig our dogs! Happy to recommend them.

  I came home to find AC blowing warm air, so I called to schedule an appointment. Dalton and Landon showed up 40 minutes later. They diagnosed the problem, had it fixed and my AC serviced within 45 minutes. They checked the whole HVAC system to make sure everything was functioning properly. They were professional and tried to keep the price as low as possible. I am very happy with the service I received.

  Wouldn't you know it. AC went out Thursday evening during the hottest heat wave of 2026. I have a yearly maintenance contract with Stay Cool. I called them Thursday evening and asked for someone to come out that night, but I was told they were all booked up for available slots that evening, but they could get someone out from 8 AM to Noon the next day (Friday). Needless to say, I was disappointed. Travis showed up at around 9:15 AM or so (he texted me to let me know when he was on his way), fixed the problem and left about 10:15 AM and my AC was blowing cool air once again. Travis has been here before, performing semi-annual maintenance, and remembered my system. He reviewed the history of my system in his records on his phone. We discussed the possible problems and he did his diagnosis and found that the main capacitor had failed (once again) and luckily he had one on his truck. He replaced the capacitor and the system started cooling.Travis is a true client focused person and very knowledgeable when performing his work. Keeps you advised and provides options (if any available). Now the reason for a 4 star rating vs a 5 star rating is as follows: 1) I thought if you had a maintenance contract, a tech would come out anytime you needed them (24/7) for emergency service, but I guess not if they are booked up for all available time slots for the day. I know they only have a certain number of techs and these guys have to sleep too. 2) Pricing of the capacitor seems pretty high at $477.00. The capacitor failed several years ago and the pricing was approx. $250.00 then. Inflation I guess! Travis did say that the capacitor he installed was a better unit than the one that failed, because he did not have the cheaper unit but charged me for the cheaper amount, because he had already quoted me that amount. At any rate all is good and I have cool air once again. Overall, I would highly recommend this company based on their integrity and client servicing. Very quick and efficient as well, which is also appreciated!

  AC went out last night with temps in the mid 90’s. With one call to Jeremy, he had a tech out first thing the next morning. Had me up and running again in less than an hour, and the house is already back to temp in less than 18 hours. Will definitely resume them again…prompt and reliable. Tech was super friendly…he also showed me a quick and simple fix I can do myself to prevent further damage down the road.

  RECOMMEND! RECOMMEND!! RECOMMEND!!! Great company, goes above and beyond, they don't money grab, they love pets. My husband and I just bought our first home, we knew our A/C unit would eventually need replaced, next thing we know it was completely out in the middle of summer. We reached out to Stay Cool and they showed up on time for both the initial inspection and the installation. Showed pictures of problem areas. Out the door price, taxes included. Very clean and professional. Even fixed our gas water heater exhaust because it was sketchy. Overall above and beyond what we expected. I would also like to add again, THEY DONT MONEY GRAB! For the size of our home, the standard cheapest unit was a perfect fit. That is exactly what they recommended. They were very understanding of our finances as we just bought this house and even gave us different tips to help make this purchase easier. We are so happy to know that we will not be having any issues any time soon! Thank you guys for all of your help and Stay Cool! 😉
