Had Tim and Mark out to install a dishwasher for me and they did a terrific job even though the place I bought it from forget to send the installation kit. They improvised and got it installed probably more securely than they would have with the installation kit items. While doing this, they discovered a leak in my main water line. They got the required part, came back the next day and fixed that too. I'm new to MO, but I've now located my new plumbers. These two are, quick, thorough, very reasonable and just nice guys!

My main sewer line backed up in my finished basement, was prompt to answer my call even on a sunday. Got the clog removed quickly, very professional and reasonably priced.

We had a water heater issue and my husband found STL Plumbing and read the reviews. To say that Tim and Mark were amazing is an understatement. Not only did they help me with the water heater issue, they took the time to explain to me the problem and the future resolution. They also helped me with other questions I had about our water filtration in our home. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable plumbing company STL Plumbing Drains &Jetting is the company. I can’t thank them enough!

I cant say enough good things about Tim and Mark, they are very knowledgeable, professional, and just good people. I had another company (wont say their name as I am still waiting for an answer from them to make things right) come out to fix a clog in my kitchen sink and after 4 hours, giant hole cut in drywall in basement, broken leaking pipe, broken drain stopper and broken dishwasher he said " I am done I cant fix this you have to call someone else". I called STL Plumbing and they had it fixed in under an hour and made sure it was really fixed. They also fixed the broken pipe. All at a very fair price. Also gave me a lot of tips on keeping it from clogging again and explained in detail all he was going to do and what the issue really was which one being that the other company didnt have a long enough snake. I will be using them from now on. Do yourself a favor and look no farther. There is a lot more I could add to this but I think you will get it from this. They are really good at what they do.
