9/11/26 Christian came out for our furnace maintenance. He was thorough and pointed out something that may cause some trouble in the future with my aging system. I appreciated his service today. Jerry arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He made a special trip back to take of the problem later in the day after getting the needed parts. I highly recommend Superior and Jerry. Great experience overall.

Cole was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how he would fix the clogged kitchen sink pipe and double checked there were no leaks b4 he left. Very pleasant individual. Though it was a bit pricey ($439 which included a $110 service fee) considering I had already removed and cleaned 2 pipes. All Cole had to do was snake the pipe to the outside and reinstall the 2 small pipes. Took maybe less than an hour.

Jerry was great to work with. He took the time to talk me through every step of my A/C servicing, giving me a cost breakdown and the reason behind why he recommended certain parts be replaced. I never once felt like he was out to simply make more money for the company, rather that he was genuinely looking out for my best interest as a customer. A job well done and a pleasant experience all around.
