  Outstanding experience. They responded immediately, personally met with us at our home, took time walking us through multiple purchasing options, and answered all our questions. The app they use to select your purchase option was simple and easy to use. They got us scheduled and installed in two days due to the extreme heat. Installers were nice, professional, and did quality work. Highly recommend!

  Hired this company to install two HVAC systems in my two-story home home was completely gutted so a blank canvas for the company to install new ductwork and double systems from the get-go I told the company what I want it done and they gave me a price of around 19,000 partially through the install I was informed they were going to change the price for more money if not they were not going to continue work this one on for almost a week upping price repeatedly after they had claimed that work was complete I had took them a cashier's check paying what was owed and then informed that I still owed more money because of the the hours spent there and that they were a union company also after they left and they were paid I realized they left three boots not connected they were just open to my basement also one of the air intakes was not connected at all and from the get-go I do not barely have any AC in my upper level I informed the company of this yet nobody has come back to do any other repairs the boots I had to pay out of my pocket and we had to install them ourselves and the air intake we had to install ourselves because drywall was being installed that week I have not heard back from the company besides them asking for more money and now I'm out over $21,000 and I have no AC on my upper level also the upper level AC stopped working within few months also notice that my electric bill skyrocketed since day one that the system was turned on couldn't seem to figure that one out until system stopped working second level AC unit kept burning fuses the same fuse again and again until unit just completely stopped working at this point the system was only installed around 3 to 4 months another company came out could not figure the issue besides thinking that the thermostat needed rewired call the different company got a second opinion in less than an hour the guy tracked down the problem for the fuse repeatedly burning out ended up being the thermostat wire was pinched and tour under the ductwork in the basement after he fixed that and the fuse have not had issues since and my electric bill has drop back down to normal but I'm still having the issue of the HVAC for the second level not properly throwing are so it's super hot upstairs again I wrote emails to the company and have heard nothing back I had also informed the owner of the company of the issues yet have heard nothing back from him

  I wouldn’t recommend survant for any home service! They collect more money than the actual device even if it’s fully under warranty ! Their customer service reps are totally unprofessional and I had a brand new house where the hvac motor wasn’t functioning and when survant showed up for diagnosis they charged 130$ and falsely promised promised that motor was not functioning and they would have to order it and said it’s 2 days ETA and when I called them after 2 days the rep was unprofessional and said there is no ETA while it’s 100 degrees with extreme heat waves my family suffered to survive without air conditioning for multiple days and on top of it they charged 570$ for motor replacement while motor itself is fully covered under warranty, I don’t understand it’s logical!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

  This company is a mess! We hired them come out fixing a commercial business. The first guys told us the problem was solved! Wa paid them $300 .1hour later the air condition went out again! When we call them back! They have no one avaible until the next day!!! Finally sent another guy came out went up there refixed the problem! Then sent us a bill another $358!!! This is a joke! When i call to asked them! They say if i dont want it they can come a removed motor!!! This is a Boss or Manager his name is Jason!!!! Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!

  I had a blower motor that went out on my air conditioner and I contacted Survant Because they were the contractor used by my builder nine years ago when we bought her home. I spoke with both Megan and Donna in the office who could not have been nicer and more responsive. They sent out Daniel who diagnosed it right away. This happened later in the week and it was very hot outside and we were having to shut the entire unit down to not damage the system any further yet we were in need of a quick repair turnaround So we wouldn’t have to go four or five days without air air-conditioning. I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me that my motor was still under warranty even after nine years Because there was a 10 year warranty on the Trane unit. They ordered a blower motor immediately, but said that they may not get it in before the weekend, but they would do everything in their power to try to do so. They offered to bring over a standup air-conditioning unit in the meantime, if they couldn’t get the part before the weekend, which I thought was going above and beyond to make sure that their customer was comfortable until the ordered part showed up. Somehow, they were able to rush the part and get it delivered the next day Friday and they had Daniel come back and install it to get us up and running again within 24 hours which is very unusual To get service that quickly. The entire experience was first class all the way, and this company really went through hoops to make sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts and I hope that this review gives other people confidence to use Survant For their heating and cooling needs!!
