I can’t say enough good things about Rick, Nick, Jose, Michelle, and the rest of the team at United Structural Systems. We had an issue with our sump/pit for some time, and multiple contractors misdiagnosed or recommended extensive unneeded repairs suggesting major foundational issues. We found Rick because, when the work called for the extensive repairs that other companies said we needed, people ultimately went with United Structural Systems. So I knew if this issue was that serious, they’d be the ones to know and fix it, especially with Rick’s background in both waterproofing and structural repairs. Rick reviewed our documentation, photos, and suggested a course of action that made a ton of sense for us at an honest price. Nick and Jose did a great job installing, testing, and cleaning up, and my issue is finally solved after months. It’s a little thing, but the team that drew up the plans and the team that installed the new basin were on the same page with the crew knowing exactly what to do and where, which has unfortunately been rare with other contractors. I know if they had been our first call, our issue would have been solved months ago, and I’m so thankful to have found them. Highly recommended!

The process end to end from quote to fix was quick and professional and the pricing was reasonable for repairing a horizontal crack in foundation that would seep a lot of water during heavy rain. It’s been about 8 months and we’ve had numerous heavy rains and severe flooding but the fix has held and have had no issues whatsoever. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had and did a thorough cleanup before wrapping things up. Highly recommend
